Show Hall: Iberville Civic Center, 24700 J. Gerald Berret Blvd., Plaquemine (Baton Rouge area), LA 70764. The number for the business office is (225) 687 - 0641.

Show Motel: Best Western Magnolia Manor at 234 Lobdell Highway, Port Allen, LA 70767. The number is (225) 344-3638. Mention that you are with the Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler Cat Club to get the special rate. The cost is $55.00 a night (plus tax), single or double or king. There is no pet deposit, but each guest must sign a waiver stating that they are personally responsible for any damage to the room. We request that all whole males be confined and that all rooms are left clean and free from "cat dirt".

Show Hours: Show check-in time is 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM on Saturday. Judging will begin promptly at 9:00 AM both days. All cats must remain in the show hall during posted show hours each day. Advertised show hours are from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM both days. Exhibitors may not leave the show hall early without express permission from the show management.

Food: A concession area will be provided. NO OUTSIDE FOOD WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SHOW HALL!

Services: Litter will be available. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food, and bowls.

Show Rules: This show is licensed and sanctioned by the International Cat Association and is subject to their rules. TICA show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the show rules is available from TICA Executive Office (ticaeo@xanadu2.net), PO Box 2684, Harlingen, TX 78551. Kittens entered in the show must be at least 4 months old on the first day of the show. All household pets over the age of 8 months must be altered. No kittens under the age of 3 months will be allowed in the show hall. Proof of age must be available for verification. Cats may not be left in the show hall overnight. No cats may be placed underneath the benching area. No entry may leave the show hall early without permission from a member of the show committee. If you do so, you may risk loss of wins and finals.

Health: This is a non-vetted show. Cats showing signs of ear mites, fleas, fungus, or other illness will be escorted from along with any other cats owned, housed, or agented by the same exhibitor. All entries should be immunized against feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus, and panleukopenia, and should test negative for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Any feline from a house or cattery where there has been fungus or any infectious or contagious illness within twenty-one days prior to the opening day of the show is ineligible for entry. An obviously pregnant or lactating cat will be disqualified. TICA show rules require all claws, front and back, be clipped prior to judging.

Registration Requirements: With the exception of Korats, registration in TICA is not necessary to compete in the cat's first show, but registration is required for the next show as well as for confirmation of championships, TICA Regional and International Awards.

For Sale Cats/Kittens: All kittens for sale must be at least 3 calendar months of age. All cats/kittens must have their required shots. No kittens under the age of 3 months will be allowed in the benching or judging area. Permission must be obtained from the Show Committee to sell Cats or Kittens.

Benching: By exhibitor. One adult or two kittens are allowed per single cage space. A single cage space measures 22 inches x22 inches x 22 inches. A double cage space (extra half cage) measures 22 inches x 44 inches x 22 inches. All cages must be covered on three sides. For the cat's comfort, we recommend that you provide a rug and a top cover as well. All cats and kittens present in the show hall must have an assigned cage.

Clerks: If you are interested in clerking, please indicate so on the summary form. Preference will be given to those persons in the TICA clerking program. Ring clerks in the will be compensated in accordance with TICA rules. All clerks will be provided lunch and a fully marked catalog.

Payment & NSF Checks: All payments are due prior to Check-in. Please send in payment at the time of entering. E-mail entrants should put payment in the mail within 24 hours of entering on line. All fees are owed even if you and your cats are absent. There will be a $20.00 fee assessed on all NSF checks and will be reported to TICA per show rule 4.4.

Neither Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler Cat Club, Iberville Civic Center, nor the Best Western Magnolia Manor can be held liable for loss, theft, or accident to cats, kittens, personal property, exhibitors, or their guests.
