Awards presentation following dinner

Attire: Coat and Tie for Men
Dressy Attire for Women

Meal selection is a 2 line Buffet style:

Salad Selection choice : Mix Greens w/ choice of French or Ranch Dressing
or Greek Salad : Romaine and greens w/ olives, red onions, tomaties and Feta cheese in a olive oil vinaigrette.

Meat Selection choice : Thin sliced New York Strip w/ portabella mushrooms and wine demi glace or Chicken Supreme w/ white cream sauce.

Vegetable choices are : Buttered Whipped Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Green Beans Almondine and Oriental Vegetables.

Chef’s Choice Dessert featuring: Carrot Cake, Lemon Cake, Coconut Cake, Double Chocolate Cake or German Chocolate Cake.

Meals include Ice Tea, Water, Coffee or Hot Tea per request.

All names and money must be sent together to reserve an entire table. For reservations of fewer than 8 seats (1 table) we will try to honor one seating request per group. Registration deadline is August 01, 2004.
